Refund policy

For orders within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. This means you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. Because a physical return is not possible under our shipping model, we honor this right by issuing a refund of the purchase price or—if you prefer—by sending a replacement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a simple informal notice by email (see contact below) is sufficient.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we require photos or videos documenting the damage or incorrect delivery. In such cases, you will receive either a refund or a free replacement.

Personalized items, gift cards, and custom-made products are excluded from returns where permitted by law. Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details or failure to collect cannot be refunded. A direct exchange is not possible; however, you may request a refund or a replacement.

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than our standard delivery (e.g., express shipping) will not be refunded. Since returning the goods is not possible under our shipping model, a refund or replacement is the only method of resolution.

To request a refund, please contact us at cardrums1@gmail.com and include your order number and relevant information. We will review your case and then send you a confirmation. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment service provider, the reversal may take up to 10 business days.

These provisions do not limit your statutory consumer rights, especially with respect to withdrawal and warranty. In the event of any conflict between our terms and the applicable legal provisions, the statutory regulations shall prevail.
