Shipping policy
General
All orders placed in our shop are processed automatically upon receipt and shipped via our international warehouses and logistics partners (e.g., Zendrop). Shipping is made exclusively to the delivery address you provided at checkout. Please review your details carefully, as changes are generally no longer possible afterward.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 4–8 business days. In exceptional cases—such as particularly high demand, public holidays, or delays at the carrier—delivery may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout. In certain cases, we offer free shipping. Any customs duties, import charges, or additional taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If available, we will also provide a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, failure to collect, or refusal to accept, the delivery is deemed unsuccessful.
As our logistics partners generally do not support returns or re-dispatch in such cases, a reshipment is unfortunately not possible. A refund of the purchase price will therefore not be issued.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct and that the shipment can be received.
Note: Your statutory rights (e.g., right of withdrawal, warranty) remain unaffected.
Transit Damage
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is damaged or defective, contact our support within 7 days at cardrums1@gmail.com. Please send photos or videos so we can quickly offer you a replacement or a refund.
Partial Shipments
For larger orders, items may be delivered in separate shipments. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide, subject to the delivery capabilities of our logistics partners. If a particular country or region cannot be served, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments already made.
